We are now looking for a new colleague, to join Nissan's eNEST business division (Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden). The mission of the role is to deploy the parts business strategy shared by AMIEO in all markets covered by the RBU, with increasing parts sales, maximising market penetration, coordinating with the other departments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

How can you contribute and have an impact?

  • Manage the Parts Team
  • Optimize Parts turnover
  • Deploy pan European Parts programs as set out by AMIEO
  • Support any AMIEO Aftersales Parts requirements
  • Manage new Nissan OEM parts launching process
  • Manage local parts according to market requirements and AMIEO guidelines (e.g. tire business & Winter Road Wheel program)
  • Manage Trade programs
  • Provide Sales forecasts
  • Supply market surveys and benchmarking activities
  • Collaborate with the AMIEO to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure product availability
  • Manage Super Service Menu [SSM]
  • Provide training, communication and support to dealership staff on parts products
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure compliance with Nissan's quality standards and policies

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product management or aftersales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Team management experience
  • Fluent in English and preferably at least one of the Nordics/Dutch language
  • Experience with automotive parts or aftermarket products
  • Knowledge of Nissan's product line and brand values
  • Strong understanding of automotive trends and consumer preferences
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage delivery on multiple projects running simultaneously
  • Ability to set priorities for own workload
