The Talent Acquisition team currently consists of 8 employees located in Aalborg, Aarhus and Copenhagen. The tasks in the team range from attracting talented individuals, to strengthening our employer brand, supporting leaders in the recruitment process, driving a D&I-agenda, and continuously working on our internal processes.
As a Senior Manager, you will be reporting to the VP as a part of the leader team in People & Culture (P&C) in the commercial part of Norlys. Overall, we are 45 dedicated colleagues in P&C, supporting the energy and telco businesses with approximately 2,500 employees in total.
Meet the growing needs of our company
Your focus will be on supporting daily operations, where you will likely drive selected recruitments yourself, while balancing hands-on leadership, team development, and more tactical and strategic development initiatives with the team. Initiatives may include aspects like employer branding, candidate search, candidate experience, and diversity, which are reflections on some of the growing needs of our company.
The overall responsibilities in the Talent Acquisition team include:
- Attraction and sourcing of candidates, including recruitment marketing
- Advocate for diversity & inclusion by ensuring diverse candidate pools
- Employer branding and coordination with Communication and Brand & Marketing
- Recruitment process and principles
- Concept for “trainees” and achieving AUB targets
- External suppliers on recruitment
- Job fairs and cooperation with educational institutions.

Additional, you have:
- Solid HR experience, preferably from a larger company
- Experience with recruitment
- A relevant educational background at master’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Knowledge of personality tests (we use e-stimate).
