Your Position
As our new Vice President, Projects, you will play a key role in establishing a strong presence in the industry by leading the successful delivery of large-scale and technically complex projects.
This strategic leadership position requires travel ranging from 10 to 30 days annually, depending on client locations. Your primary workplace will be at our yard facilities in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, situated right on the waterfront—where the views don’t get any better.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Vice President, you will take on the full responsibility for executing our end of delivery, managing the full project life cycle from initial client engagement to delivering the final project.

As a person, you are known for being proactive, reliable, and trusted by the people you work with. You can build and maintain strong professional relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you take pride in being able to structure your time with a high degree of flexibility, as is your solution-oriented approach. We expect you to help shape the future organizational setup around the projects, meaning you will be responsible for building the delivery team and ensuring clear reporting lines.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Vice President, you will take on the full responsibility for executing our end of delivery, managing the full project life cycle from initial client engagement to delivering the final project.
Your Tasks Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Full financial responsibility for projects: Ensure effective financial management and cost control throughout the project, including contributing to product structure and procurement workflow.
- Responsibility for Health, Safety, and Environmental standards: Implement and monitor HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Managing our division interests: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure our partnerships and collaborations are effective and productive, including overseeing RFQ processes and procurement contracts for different systems.
- Ensuring that the scope and defined objectives are fully exceeded: Work with your managers to ensure the project's scope and objectives are clearly defined and met, including managing inbound logistics and transport from subcontractors.
- Managing the team and establishing high performing project teams: Organise and manage project teams to deliver on promised deadlines.
- Regular meetings with the Project Management: Conduct status meetings with the key stakeholders to ensure the project remains on track and to contribute to risk management and reporting.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Extensive experience in complex project execution, preferably from working with full scope contracts.
- Strong experience with stakeholder and risk management.
- Drive and commitment with a commercial mindset and strong financial understanding.
- Minimum 10 years of successful people management experience leading a larger international company is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written Danish & English.
