Your New Role
As a CDMO we do not have our own labelled products. We develop and manufacture products for our customers, and our capacity is solely dedicated to producing customers' products. With all the new capacity coming online the coming years, scenario planning is a substantial part of the job. Understanding how we utilize the capacity in the best way while understanding which programs have the highest likelihood of materializing. This also includes assessing potential pipelines with long-term capacity as well as recommendations for potential further expansions.

You are pragmatic, and able to prioritize tasks to meet defined timelines. Your Primary Tasks
- Responsible for the short- and long-term capacity planning for Drug Product and Finished Goods
- You will drive the sales & operational planning, balancing customers’ demands, and our capacity in dialogue with our customers and internal stakeholders
- Scenario Planning including recommendations
- Understand key parameters impacting the capacity to identify constraints and opportunities.
- Drive analytics and projects
- +5 years of proven experience working with supply chain preferable strategic planning and/or S&OP within pharma (?)
- High level of customer focus as well as high level of analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of independently managing and overseeing numerous processes simultaneously.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar
