Here Is What The Job Entails

In the position as Global Accounting Manager, your most important responsibility will be to lead a highly qualified team to successfully deliver on shared objectives by being an engaging and motivating leader. This includes daily management, having one-on-one conversations, acting as a sparring partner, challenging the status quo and empowering your team to make decisions.

More specifically your tasks will be:

• Being an approachable, motivating and engaging manager
• Driving process improvements and challenging existing ways of working to position the team as a center of excellence
• Translating strategy into tangible tasks and fostering collaboration across countries and subsidiaries
• Ensuring continuous development of accounting processes that embrace an international organization
• Delivering business driven financial support to key stakeholders, to secure sustainable and scalable growth
  
  
  

As the global process owner in accounting, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the continuous evolution of global processes, playing a key role in enhancing the organization’s operations and supporting its long-term success.

Meet your future team

With direct reference to our Head of Group Accounting, you will manage a dedicated team consisting of two Team Coordinators and eight Accounting Assistants, that handles operational tasks within AR, AP, travel, and general ledger for our parent company and a selected number of European subsidiaries. As Kamstrup is on an international growth journey, we are exploring opportunities to further optimize and professionalize our ways of working based on best practices, and we are ready for you to lead us to the next level of global accounting.

• Have a degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration and experience of working in an international environment
