Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for?
We need your expertise with project management tools to ensure the safe and successful execution of all project phases. You will be responsible for developing quality plans, tracking compliance, and defining project scope within budget. Organizing key meetings and adapting strategies as needed will be part of your role.
On the commercial side, you will handle POs, invoicing, and expenses to keep the project profitable. Preparing reports, managing schedules and budgets, and overseeing change management will be crucial.
You will be responsible to support the business development activities in country and the associated bidding and proposal activities.
Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, identifying and mitigating risks. Building strong customer relationships, setting up communication structures, and addressing any issues will be essential. You’ll lead proposals and client presentations with confidence.
As a leader, you will inspire and guide the project team, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports. Supporting project close-out and capturing lessons learned will help us continuously improve.
Qualifications
We’re excited to find someone with around 10 years of experience in PM Group’s core sectors, especially in the Pharmaceutical sector. If you’ve managed projects ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 hours in the pharmaceutical industry, we want to hear from you! Your strong commercial awareness and business acumen, along with a good understanding of all disciplines, will be key to your success.

- Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are outstanding.
- You excel at stakeholder management, building strong relationships with ease.
- Your commercial skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage projects within budget hours and achieve commercial return targets.
- You have a strong work ethic and are self-driven, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business success.
- As a forward planner, you identify and resolve project issues effectively.
- You critically assess your own performance and that of others, always striving for improvement.
- You have proven experience in delivering multiple projects successfully.
