Your New Role

Step into a role where you will be instrumental in translating our strategic sustainability ambitions into concrete actions and clear roadmaps. As the Global Sustainability Process and Project Manager, you will manage programs that help our leadership team drive roadmaps and activities across various sustainability domains, ensuring seamless execution of our Global Sustainability Strategy - Partners for the Planet. From engineering support at production sites to facilitating workshops, your expertise will enable tangible outcomes in environmental, social, and governance initiatives. The role refers to the Head of Global Sustainability.

Main Areas Of Focus

  • Act as the project manager supporting Engineering departments at each production site to successfully deliver local roadmaps targeting reduced environmental impact.
  • Monitor progress and assess impacts across all Sustainability areas in various production sites.
  • Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing by organizing and leading informative team meetings and workshops.
  • Program manage Sustainability CAPEX projects focused on energy efficiency upgrades and climate change reduction actions.
  • Aid in the annual process of developing and publishing our Sustainability Report and preparing materials for stakeholder meetings.


Qualifications

  • Necessary Qualifications:
    • Master degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related subjects.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within sustainability or related fields.
    • Strong knowledge of sustainability strategies and initiatives.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • You are comfortable in collaborating and communicating with stakeholders from across a global organization and understand how to build a coalition and drive action.
    • Proven track record in managing CAPEX projects.
    • Master’s degree in Sustainability or similar specialties is a plus.
    • Solid analytical skills with familiarity in developing reports for diverse stakeholders.
