The Position
Novo Nordisk is investigating a new, groundbreaking warehouse hub utilizing modern technology with fully automated operations and digitalized processes to support the extensive growth of site Kalundborg. About The Department
FPM DK-1 is part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) located in Kalundborg. Our team of approximately 560 colleagues works collaboratively to ensure that our finished products are assembled and packed to the highest standards. As the final step in the supply chain, we are committed to excellence in manufacturing and quality control, bringing value to our patients worldwide.

Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is a part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. At FPM, we not only manufacture all finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases, but we also use our competencies to drive technology leadership and improve standards across our core technologies to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
Our global network consists of around 6,000 colleagues across ten countries. Here, we are responsible for the manufacturing of all finished products, including devices, needles, assembly, and packaging. As more and more people need our products, we support Novo Nordisk's initiatives in new therapy areas. Every day, we strive to streamline and expand our capacity through process innovation, automation, and the introduction of new technology.

The Position

In this position, you can expect great complexity, as it requires an understanding of logistics and warehouse processes and insight into GMP.
As a Warehouse Professional, you will:
- Optimize warehouse processes by managing tasks associated with deviations and continuously improving current procedures.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, and internal and external requirements for the logistics and warehouse processes.
- Ensure, operate, and support project implementation of large and small projects that affect logistics and warehouse processes.
- Find solutions that integrate quality and compliance within the organization.
- Work in close collaboration with highly motivated and specialized colleagues and stakeholders.
- Validate warehouse and storage processes, change requests, and deviation handling.
To be a successful candidate, we expect you to have:
- A B.Sc/M.Sc. in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Engineering (including, but not limited to, Mechanical, Production, Automation, and Marine Engineering), or equivalent background.
- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within warehousing operations.
- Technical mindset with proficiency in SAP, robotics/automation, and hardware in a warehouse.
- Full English proficiency and strong communication skills.
