As our new Technical Operations Manager, you will become part of a motivated and dedicated team of 5 colleagues responsible for the general monitoring and daily operation of our solar assets.
Your main responsibilities
In this position you have the possibility to bring your extended technical knowledge about and passion for renewable energy into play, while also developing your skills
Your main responsibilities and tasks include:
- General monitoring and daily operation of PV-parks
- Execution of technical tasks in PV-parks and support for the operation of the PV-parks in the Eurowind portfolio
- Monitoring, supervision and analysis of PV-parks state and performance using SCADA-system
- Optimization of park performance and contribution to development of O&M platform
- Initiate preventive and corrective work in the PV-park
- Contact to subcontractors and QA responsible for their work
- Ensures the link between Asset Management and EPC/Development
- Participates in realizing/updating the EWE Power plant requirement
- Make sure that Eurowind Power Plant requirements are implemented during construction period
You will be reporting to our Global Manager, Solar Asset management, and your primary location is in our headquarters in Hobro, Denmark. In the position, you will be collaborating and coordinating with your colleagues in and outside of Denmark, especially with the Asset Management Departments in our international offices as well as local electrical suppliers.
Your day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Handling of operation disturbances and planning of service and inspections tasks
- Review and analyze the dataflow from our portfolio to ensure best in class asset optimization
- Participation in commission of PV parks
- Monitor, react and log asset incidences
- Continuous improvement of the platform for monitoring Solar parks, and ensuring it is always up to date when it comes to delivering operational data and figures
- Responsible for Maintenance and Technical Asset Management of local Solar parks
- Perform and participate in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks

- Bachelor in Technology Management and Marine Engineering, electrical engineer or equivalent
- Electrical Engineer
- 25-40 travel days pr. year
- Valid drive license type B
As you will be collaborating with colleagues and externals outside of Denmark, you must be proficient in English and to some degree German. Some travel activity is to be expected.
