Your position
In your new role as Senior Tender Manager, you will play a leading role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, execution, and quality assurance of tenders within complex key projects. You will also serve as an active sparring partner for our Senior Management, driving alignment and execution excellence.

This key position involves limited travel, typically between 0 and 10 days per year, depending on client and partner locations. Your primary workplace will be at our yard facilities in Esbjerg—the hub of Denmark’s energy sector, right on the waterfront, with some of the best views around.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Senior Tender Manager, you will take on the responsibility to ensure that tenders are conducted in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practice and that they are in line with corporate goals and objectives.

Your Tasks Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Developing and implementing comprehensive tender strategies.
- Leading the preparation, submission and follow-up of tenders to ensure competitiveness and alignment with customers.
- Collaborating closely with our key stakeholder to align tender strategies and technical solutions.
- Monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of tendering processes to improve success rates and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring high quality and accurateness in tenders.
As a person, you are known for being proactive, reliable, and highly trusted by those you work with. You excel at building and maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You have successfully navigated highly complex projects that required a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in tender management or project management within complex projects from the Maritime or offshore industry.
- Thrive on building strong relations, exert influence when needed, and maintain trustworthiness.
- Possess a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to manage risks effectively and drive continuous improvement in tender processes.
- Extensive experience with tendering tools
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish.
