To advance your career and set new standards for infrastructure and transportation, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join COWI here in our many offices across Denmark. In collaborating with design teams here in Denmark and across the globe, you will be a key driver in the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects in Denmark, taking projects from early phases through to detailed design and execution.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing projects while ensuring consistent planning, execution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating internal resources, third-party vendors, and subconsultants for efficient project delivery.
  • Mentoring project managers and technical team members to enhance project completion.
  • Overseeing project profitability and customer retention to secure future business.
  • Integrating sustainability, livability, and international best practices into COWI projects.

The initial requirement for this position is your willingness to collaborate with colleagues, partners, and customers alike. On top of that, you will have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, or equivalent built environment degree, with 10+ years’ experience working on and managing design projects.
  • Solid experience and knowledge delivering multi-disciplinary projects in Denmark within the transportation infrastructure or associated civil construction industries.
  • Effective communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Personally, you are known for your consistent follow-up with customers and your ability to contribute effectively to the development of projects.
