We’re a fast-growing SaaS company with global reach and we’re looking for a Senior Growth Automation Specialist to own and manage our marketing automation processes. You would be joining a team of 12 talented, caring and passionate marketers.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Growth Automation Specialist, you’ll design, implementing and maintain strategies that drive growth through automation. You’ll work closely with our collaborative, creative and high-performing team, contributing to the marketing strategy and growth targets.


  • Be the backbone of our HubSpot success. You’ll design and optimize our email marketing workflows to boost engagement and conversions -think smart segmentation, personalized journeys, that feel like they’re made just for our audience.
  • Keep marketing operations humming. You’ll build and maintain automated processes that connect the dots between marketing and sales, ensuring our tools and data work together smoothly to drive results.
  • Personalize every touchpoint. You’ll craft targeted campaigns and lead-nurturing flows that use automation to tailor the customer journey from discovery to loyalty, always considering how to enhance their experience.
  • Turn data into action. You’ll establish data tracking and quality control processes, analyze user behavior and campaign performance, and share actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Empower your colleagues to shine. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to streamline workflows, coach colleagues on owning their data, and align strategies so everyone’s rowing in the same direction.
  • Balance big ideas with practical steps. You’ll juggle long-term vision with day-to-day execution, focusing on scalable solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation.


What we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box. But here’s what we believe will set someone up for success in this role:

  • 5+ years in growth automation, marketing, or a related field, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • A strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills – you can see the big picture and still dive into the details when needed.
  • Proven experience setting up and owning marketing automations in Hubspot.
  • You’re a strong communicator that sees the value in team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • A knack for structure and continuous improvement.


Who you’ll be working with

You’ll lead marketing automation efforts, joining a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, and specialists that are curious, and motivated by impact. We care deeply about doing great work and helping each other grow.


You’ll also work closely with the RevOps team, regional sales teams and external partners. This is a role where influence and relationship-building matter just as much as skills and experience.
