Are you passionate about creating great customer experiences and do you thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, then you might be our new Product Owner for our Customer Facing Services team.
The Customer Facing Services team is an agile DEVOPS team focusing on delivering a great and unified customer experience across all channels, improving brand value and raising customer loyalty. The team mainly works on customer-facing applications used by multiple business units, and is responsible for developing and maintaining the customer portal and related data services to provide accurate and automated insights to our customers.
As a Product Owner your key responsibility will be to work closely with business and help translate the strategy and ambitions into a tangible roadmap that you will deliver on, together with the rest of the Customer Facing Services team. The team consist of +10 highly skilled people mainly working out of Esbjerg - creating solutions for all of BWS.

The Key Responsibilities include:
- Define the vision and roadmap for the end-product in collaboration with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the product meets user needs
- Monitor the performance of products and features to support the objectives
- Have a deep understanding of business units and customers' pain points and needs
- Collaborate closely with our other product and platform teams to high quality solutions
- Masters degree or equivalent and min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience delivering web solutions or portals to customers
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of business units and customers' pain points and needs
- Experience in leading the team's backlog refinement
- Strong experience working in an agile environment
