WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
At Fulfilment Integration, our most important task is to ensure that our customers have a great experience every time they visit the store, both in person and online. To succeed in this, we need a colleague who can coach and collaborate with other departments so that we can become even better at securing product availability for our customers, while also maintaining accurate stock levels.
Together with other functions, you will ensure correct inventory balances and analyze the products where we experience challenges due to stock discrepancies. In addition, you will ensure that IKEA's processes and guidelines are followed for all types of transactions in collaboration with your partners.
It is important that you enjoy routine tasks but also have a natural curiosity for assignments that go beyond the ordinary.

You will become part of a small team of competent and dedicated colleagues. In this position, you will report to our Fulfilment Integration Manager. • The working hours average 37 hours per week and will vary, but are primarily between 07:00 and 15:00. You have significant influence over your schedule, considering the department's needs.
• Salary according to qualifications and within IKEA's salary policy.
