Your position
In your new role as Lead Project Planner in the Rig & Marine division, you will play a leading role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of key projects. You will also serve as an active sparring partner for Senior Project Managers, driving alignment and execution excellence.

This key position requires some travel, typically ranging from 0 to 10 days, depending on client and partner locations. Your primary workplace will be at our yard facilities in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, situated right on the waterfront—where the views don’t get any better.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Lead Project Planner, you will take on the responsibility in project scheduling and resource management, working closely with other key-stakeholders.

Your Tasks Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Lead, develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules: Create detailed plans that outline project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
- Coordinate with partners and work closely with stakeholders: to ensure effective collaboration and integration of resources and competencies.
- Monitor project progress: Regularly update project schedules and report on progress to the Project Director and relevant stakeholders, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Support financial management: Contribute to product costing, risk management, and contingency planning, ensuring projects remain within budget and financial targets are met.
- Facilitate communication: Organise and conduct regular status meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and timelines.
As a person, you are known for being proactive, reliable, and highly trusted by those you work with. You excel at building and maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal and external
stakeholders. You have successfully navigated highly complex projects that required a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Preferably, several years of experience from the Maritime industry.
- Thrive on building strong relations, exert influence when needed, and maintain trustworthiness.
- Possess a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
- Extensive experience with project planning tools such as Primavera or equivalent.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish.
