Are you meticulous, organized, and passionate about managing critical information that drives project success? We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our dynamic team, where your expertise will not only be valued but celebrated.
At Semco Maritime, you will be joining an experienced and highly skilled team in our Transitional Energies division where your work could span over Oil & Gas, PtX, Carbon Capture Storage (CCS) or other exciting opportunities within the energy sector.
The position
As a Document Controller, you will be involved in a broad range of projects in our Engineering & Projects department. Results are created together and based on a high level of teamwork, professionalism and dedication, which we expect you to take an active part in. Knowledge and understanding of Document Control, and experiences with Document Management Systems (DMS) are preferred. You also need to have an eye for the small details in our documentation and navigate in several different IT systems.

Your Profile & Qualifications
We expect that you hold a degree in technical design, administration, economics or similar. Experience from a similar position is an advantage but is by no means a requirement. Furthermore, you must confidently navigate in written and verbal English.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage project documentation in our DMS (SharePoint based system)
- Submit project documentation in Customer’s DMS
- Participating in continuous development of our DMS
- Quality control of documents
- Educating colleagues in our DMS
- Helping with ad-hoc administrative project tasks.
Your Profile & Qualifications
We expect that you hold a degree in technical design, administration, economics or similar. Experience from a similar position is an advantage but is by no means a requirement. Furthermore, you must confidently navigate in written and verbal English.

- Have a proactive, analytical, and organized approach to your assignments.
- Are result-oriented and structured.
- Possess strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Are service minded team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience in the dynamics and processes in project working environment.
