Reaktion.com, a leading SaaS ecommerce marketing platform, is seeking a Customer Success & Support Manager to take on a leading role in our customer support. This role is vital in ensuring successful customer onboarding, troubleshooting and resolving customer-facing issues, maintaining high satisfaction, reducing churn rates, and maximising product adoption.

Reaktion.com is a SaaS ecommerce marketing platform improving marketing results and creates ecommerce business insights for more than 1.000 ecommerce stores and 75 ad agencies in the Nordics.

The founding team of Reaktion.com has a proven track record of taking companies from MVP to exit, and you now have the opportunity to join our company at a very exciting stage.

You will play a pivotal role in nurturing valuable relationships with potential clients and agencies in the ecommerce and marketing space in the Nordics.

The Role

  • Ownership of our support: You will play a key role in handling and solving our incoming customer support
  • Problem solving mindset: We offer an advanced tracking and analytics platform. Therefore, customer-facing issues may require a methodical and analytical approach to detect internal issues or customer misconfigurations.
  • Transform knowledge into product improvement etc.: You will be at the frontline of customer feedback. You will gain valuable insights into understanding onboarding and product improvements worth implementing.
  • You care about customer satisfaction: You are committed to listening to customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and going the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine the customer onboarding, product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

  • You like to solve problems: You are curious and thrive to deep-dive in resolving customer-facing issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of marketing and ecommerce analytics is a must.
  • Understand the basics of marketing tracking: We offer a plug-and-play server-side tracking solution, so you need to have a basic understanding of marketing tracking and how it works.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent in written communication.
  • Drive and Ambition: A competitive mindset with a desire to excel.
  • Experience: Customer Success experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with remote work. (We are a remote first company)
