Material Handlers

Can you contribute to ensuring a smooth and compliant operation of our warehouse? And would you like to be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to production in accordance with GMP guidelines? We are looking for dedicated and detail oriented GMP Material Handlers, so come and join our hardworking and fun warehouse team! Your New Role
You will assist in the preparation and shipment of products, ensuring all procedures adhere to regulatory requirements You will also coordinate with production, quality control and other relevant departments to ensure timely availability of materials
The dayshift role requires a weekend shift every 4th week However, at the same time we are also seeking motivated individuals to join our team for evening and night shifts. These shifts currently operate on weekdays only, but we are planning a transition soon to include weekends as part of our schedule to operate 24/7 to support production
Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in compliance with GMP regulations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Delivering materials to production in a timely manner.
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and meet production needs.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of the warehouse to meet the GMP standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Knowledge, we hope you possess

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus but not a requirement.
• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or similar environment is preferred but no a requirement.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance requirements is preferred but no a requirement.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office, SAP, and other IT applications.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
