We’re seeking a Communication Manager to join our Customer Success, Care, and Data team. If you are enthusiastic about supporting our customers and improving growth through customer experience, you might just be the right person.

Key Responsibility

  • Monitor social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for comments, mentions, and messages.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages, representing the Veo's voice and values.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize engagement and foster positive interactions with our audience through one-to-one or one-to-many communication
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather information and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with what is top of mind for our customers and proactively address it externally and internally.

What will make you stand out?

  • You are experienced with user community and loyalty building through one-to-one or one-to-many communication.
  • You are a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
  • You are experienced with crisis communication management, particularly in handling sensitive situations
  • You are a relentless problem solver and are excited to work with different teams to find solutions for customers.
  • You are experienced with building and/or maintaining customer communities that maintain retention and loyalty

  • You come with high customer service skills and a thorough understanding of our products/services.
