The position
As a CVP Clean Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:


  • Develop the department’s Lean systems and ongoing optimization work.
  • Function as a coach and sparring partner for the department management.
  • Facilitate the local strategy and risk process, including monitoring and ongoing follow-up with the management group.
  • Work closely with the API M1 cLEAN team and collaborate with cLEAN partners from other departments in the factory.
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities in M1 Business Support to simplify and enhance processes.
  • Take charge of the strategy and risk process to set direction and improve processes for the API M1 management group.



Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:


  • An academic background, such as an engineering or social science degree.
  • Practical experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation of processes.
  • Analytical and scientific approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and challenge others in an empathetic and respectful manner.
  • Experience with process optimization/Lean, performance management, systematic problem-solving, or project management is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ideally, 3+ years of GMP experience.



About The Department

The M1 Business Support department plays a key role in helping all other departments in the factory. As a cLEAN Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to learn about the process throughout the entire factory and identify trends and improvement opportunities. You will be an integral part of the department management group and work closely with the API M1 cLEAN team. The department values cross-organizational collaboration and encourages employees to bring their knowledge and expertise into play.
