Lenus is looking for a Workplace Experience Manager for our Copenhagen office.

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you are the heartbeat of our workplace, embodying a blend of organizational mindset, creative flair, and operational excellence

Your adaptability and strong communication skills ensure smooth sailing, even when faced with unexpected challenges. With your attention to detail, you maintain high standards to keep our office visually appealing and well-equipped, all while prioritizing exceptional service to every member of our team and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all.


  • Problem-Solving and Proactive Fixing: Be the go-to person for various office & event-related issues and take initiative in resolving issues and finding innovative solutions.
  • Being the Cultural Ambassador: Foster a productive and enjoyable work environment aligned with our company values and infuse the workplace with positivity and energy.
  • Managing Inventory and Supplies: Maintain stock levels of office essentials and coordinate orders for supplies, snacks, beverages, furniture, and decorations to ensure a well-equipped workspace daily.
  • Being in charge of Procurement Management: Oversee supplier relationships, safety regulations and facility operations.
  • Coordinating Events: Plan and execute company events, both big event and office gigs, to encourage collaboration and engagement.
  • Overseeing Financial Processes: Manage budgets effectively to optimize expenses and resources.


  • Ideally held the role of workplace/office assistant, administrator or manager before.
  • Has worked in a fast-paced environment, where things can move quickly and also very routine day-to-day tasks.
  • Has experience with managing bigger budgets, and being mindful about spending.
  • Strong track record of successful event planning and project management.
  • Fluent in English - Danish is not required.

In the Workplace Experience team we are both thinkers and doers. We are experts in hospitality and everything related to our physical environment, making it both fun and productive. We are there every step of the way for guests, employees and coaches, providing them with a consistent Lenus experience and all the great activities that nurture our culture and builds communities. Both day-to-day and on special occasions. With a foundation built on open and honest communication and unwavering support, we thrive on collaborating and overcoming challenges together.
