CEO/COO/CTO: Launch Your Journey with Antler!

Have you previously held a leadership role such as CEO, COO, or CTO within a startup environment, guiding its growth and development? Or is this something that you believe you’d be fit for? We are now looking for founders eager to start creating a new venture from the beginning and this just might be the right opportunity for you!

Antler is an early-stage VC firm providing funding from pre-seed to Series A and above. We invest in Founders who seek to challenge the definition of our tomorrow and reshape the world we live in with groundbreaking innovation. Every year, we handpick the strongest Founders from more than 135,000 applicants across our 30 locations on the globe, which has led us to work with more than 7,000 founders to date and a portfolio of more than 1,000 startups.

The Antler program

Program starts: 19th of August, 2024

Location: Onsite at our office in Copenhagen

Compensation: Participants will not receive financial compensation during the program. However, there is a potential for pre-seed investment to jumpstart your startup journey.

As we’re not employing our founders, we’re unfortunately unable to provide visa sponsorship.

For our August 2024 cohort, we're looking for someone who:

  • Solid understanding of your industry’s challenges and opportunities, as well as the ability to apply insights to create impactful solutions.
  • Experience leading teams, projects, or companies, with a track record of motivating others towards achieving shared goals and navigating challenges effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capability to break down complex problems and devise effective solutions
  • Ambition to start building a VC-backable startup and understanding of what it takes to start building from day zero.
  • You must speak fluent English to be able to follow the program.

Our application process

Embark on a straightforward 2-3 week journey:

  • Proceed to a second interview with our partners.
  • Potential Offer.

  • Understanding of if they’re applying alone or as a team (applications processed differently)
  • Currently teams are asked to submit information about their co-founders and pitch deck
  • Confirming your eligibility for working at the job location. This is as we get a large number of applications from all around the world and as we’re not employing our founders, we’re unfortunately currently unable to support them with visa sponsorship.
